About the Women’s Summit
We won big in 2017 and 2018 but we’re not done yet.
We need to take back power everywhere in 2019 to enact legislation.
Join us as we prepare ourselves for this epic battle at the ballot box to turn Virginia blue at the local and state levels.
Attendees will:
- Meet our 2019 powerhouse candidates.
- Hear inspiring leaders.
- Build fellowship and get energized with likeminded activists.
- Learn about effective political leadership.
- Attend interactive workshops that address creating political change, bolstering community engagement, developing political acumen, and building strength within our communities.
- HAVE FUN!
Virginia’s electoral victories and political activism have become a beacon of hope for our country. If we take back power in Virginia, we’ll make history again.
We can do this!
So many great things have happened as a result of the Summit. I am working with locals on many more events for our community that incorporate ideas and resources I learned about at the Summit. I am so grateful to you and Network NOVA for bringing so many amazing people together.

Network NoVA
Our mission is to connect with others in Northern Virginia and beyond for the purpose of promoting the democratic values of equality, justice, and human rights by creating opportunities for political engagement and civic participation to educate, engage, and empower voters, candidates, and elected officials. We strive to strengthen partnerships and build broad coalitions to continue the progress of winning back electoral power for the democratic party. We do not endorse candidates in the primary process unless the candidate is unopposed.
